Best vacation ever. I recently travelled with my daughter in Nassau for her birthday. Not only was the weather incredible; the food and drink superb. but my spirits were high and energy off the charts. However, with all of that said, the best part of the trip was being FIT (thanks to Joanie). I was able to enjoy all of the outdoor sports; look fabulous in my bathing suits (one must have several wardrobe changes); but I was well rested and a great poster adult for all of the hard work I put in over the years with the Best Coach Ever.
