Who we are

This website is operated by JoanieFit, LLC ("JoanieFit", "we"), based in The Villages, Florida. You can reach us at Joanie@JoanieFit.com.

What this site collects

This website does not have user accounts, does not set tracking cookies, and does not store your information on a server.

• Contact and gear order forms. When you use a form on this site, it opens a pre-written email in your own mail app addressed to Joanie@JoanieFit.com. Nothing is sent or saved until you press send in your mail app. Joanie receives only what you choose to send, and uses it solely to reply to you or fulfil your order request.
• Emails you send us. Kept in Joanie's mailbox for as long as needed to help you. Ask at any time and we will delete them.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used only to keep the site running and secure.

Services this site uses

• Vercel hosts the site and serves its pages.
• Apple iCloud Calendar supplies the class schedule shown on the Classes page. The site reads only published class events; it does not read anything about you.
• Add to Calendar links (Apple, Google, Outlook) hand the class details to the calendar service you pick. Their privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
• Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.

If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this page and describe what is collected.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, including MyLivegevity for online classes, The Villages Enrichment Academy for class registration, YouTube and Instagram, and the retailers on the Picks & Perks page. Some of those retailer links are affiliate or referral links, which means JoanieFit may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We do not control those sites, and their own privacy policies apply.

Payments

This website does not take payments. Gear orders are confirmed by email and paid for directly with Joanie. JoanieFit will never ask you for a password, bank login or one-time verification code.

Your choices

You can email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Because this site stores nothing itself, that usually means deleting your emails from Joanie's mailbox.

Children

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
