CORE 30 OUTDOOR -turns old-school interval training on its head!  30 minutes to sculpt & strengthen your body utilizing the park!   10 minutes cardio, 10 minutes full body drills & 10 minute abbs all in beautiful Rockford Park. This keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt.
